Highly regarded Print and Marketing Solutions provider seeks to appoint an experienced and skilled Account Manager, with a strong Creative, Marketing, Print, and fulfilment services background, to work within their impressive and dynamic Customer Services team.
As an Account Manager, you will be accustomed to providing fantastic internal Client support and service, encompassing all aspects of sales support, Client relationship management, project management and production / logistics liaison.
Working closely with the Business Development Managers and Sales team , you will administer all post sale activities, processing new jobs/ projects through from estimate stage, proofing cycle, right through to Production and delivery.
You will be a proactive and engaging Client Services professional, accustomed to a multifaceted responsibility and committed to providing truly outstanding customer service. You will work well under pressure, have strong communication skills, with an acquired ability to take clients briefs and applying your developed project management experience to ensure all service level agreements are met and achieved.
Ideally you will have some form of Management Information System (MIS) experience (preferably Tharstern MIS) to ensure all data is recorded accurately and all expectations are met in accordance with the Client’s original brief.
You must have experience working within a similar environment, possess excellent customer relationship management skills, be flexible and self-motivated, plus demonstrate the key attention to detail and initiative to work successfully within a dynamic Client Services team.
