Innovative and respected Variable Print, Direct Mail and Marketing specialist seeks an experienced and ambitious Client facing Account Manager to enhance their Client Services team in servicing a broad array of Key Client relationships.
As an Account Manager, you will possess exceptional customer service skills be a proactive, engaging and Client centric individual who enjoys the thrill of building, growing and leveraging multiple relationships, constantly looking for new ways to successfully manage Client expectations, swiftly building a strong rapport and delivering an outstanding customer service to several prestigious and recognised brands in the retail, automotive and print management arena.
You will have a strong technical knowledge of variable data / image complex direct mail and ideally production liaison exposure. Accustomed to taking responsibility for the day to day management of an impressive array of key Client accounts, you’ll have full ownership of Client projects, interfacing with internal counterparts, external supply chain and the Client relationship stakeholders and be supported internally by an impressive and dynamic team of motivated direct mail specialists, that are technically strong across variable data and image rich Direct Mail solutions.
You will currently be in a similar role, have an excellent understanding of creatively lead, complex data and fast-turnaround direct mail and a proven record of managing diverse and innovative Client accounts in a demanding and time-critical Business environment.
