Head of Technology - V2414


Responsible for sales and existing business growth of the clients business, covering td Searchware, Toolbox and td Integral technology sales.

• Improve adoption, product awareness and usage in UK & across the company.
• Manages, motivates and sets objectives for team of sales and client service people (6 FTEs)
• Has regular client contact and feeds back client/market information into product roadmap
• Builds profile in UK through speaking engagements and networks
• To oversee the retention and development of all clients

Key interdependent relationships

• MD: Provides leadership and company vision
• Shares and assists best practice/knowledge with fellow Heads of.
• Works closely with clients to develop & grow accounts
• Builds positive & productive relationship with Client Services Manager (Telford, UK) and co-ordinates resources
• Feeds market information into product roadmaps via Product Strategy Director

Key responsibilities

• Working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver against them - pre and post sales
• Provides direction to team to drive revenue and client satisfaction through effective and efficient account execution
• Identifies potential growth opportunities and works proactively with Account Manager to convert into actual revenue
• Developing multi-level relationships within client's business
• Overseeing the successful set up of new clients/accounts
• Provides escalation and management support to team

Key Activities

• Proactive sales to new clients & management of pipeline
• Regular contact & meetings with clients to ensure high and consistent levels of service
• Regular reporting on pipeline and client activity
• Creation of account development plans for all clients
• Developing or advising on digital strategy for clients
• Liaising with client and internally about support requests where appropriate
• Contribute to marketing plan for UK
• Defines marketing activities and develops sales material
