You will strategically pinpoint potential new customers for Business Services, identify, plan & implement entry strategies, gain access to the highest level in the organisation relevant to making decisions for outsourcing services and close each milestone of the sales process through strong leadership of the sales campaign team and a compelling proposition for the customer to a successful outcome. The high level entry and focus would be on Executive Directors or General Managers or what is commonly known as the ‘C' level.
You will require the skills and knowledge to manage value based selling cycles with the ability to structure information, translate it into a value statements, extract explicit needs and translate them into a value propositions and present a compelling business proposition to senior executives. The ability to identify potential new customers and select those that are a good match for this Business' strengths and leading a campaign team to an effective sales outcome is essential. Information led sales campaigns are vital to success with strong emphasis on planning, preparation and proposition delivery skills.
The annual sales target is to achieve £ 2.6 million of annualised contract revenue from signed outsourced print and document management service contracts, of which £500,000 of revenue should be billable within the first 12 months of any budget year. Support for a successful outcome comes from this Business' own document and business analyst's, technical consultants and sales support team as well as existing account managers from other business units and operational management to engage in projects to support individual sales campaign. Prospects to develop the need for total outsourced solutions in document related services across the whole document enterprise will in the main be focused in the financial, telecoms, utilities, retail, and industry and trade markets.
