Sales Account Director – Outsourced Solutions, Finance & Banking - V2599
Global leader in Outsourced Document Solutions seeks to strengthen its' senior Client Services team with the appointment of a high calibre individual to take ownership of key Financial Client relationship.
You will lead the business development and financial activities across a specified client (or client group) to deliver superior performance, and by acquiring and developing a clear understanding of the client's needs, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance the depth and value of their service offering.
From a strong Sales & Management orientation, you will come from a Blue Chip, Corporate background, ideally from/or with a comprehensive understanding of the culture/responsibilities in the Financial Services or Investment Banking sectors, and you must possess the ability to truly understand the culture, issues and business strategy / direction of the relevant client / contract(s)
You will develop strong relationships with key decision makers and establish an effective network of senior client contacts, you will manage the effective implementation of change management strategies and importantly, truly ‘own' responsibility for the overall P&L and commercial performance of contract(s)
Accustomed to operating effectively in a complex organisation where there are conflicting demands on time and resources, you will have a track record of establishing excellent working relationships with senior executives and you will be an accomplished leader in the process of identifying opportunities, developing strategies and implementing practical solutions to best deliver on viable business opportunities
