05/03/2010 - Survey - Recruiters do they deliver value for money...?
A recent survey from a leading International Research firm indicated that 72% of companies did not believe recruiters currently delivered value for money and has urged the Recruitment industry to re-evaluate & promote the value recruiters collectively bring to the recruitment process. Interestingly, the research also showed that 1 in 3 companies want to develop deeper relationships with their Recruitment consultancies and focus more on developing true business partnerships, rather than employing low cost transactional recruitment models.
Since our formation in 2002, Blayze Unguem has consistently recognised and championed the increasingly important role of professional Industry experienced Recruitment Consultants, as organisations look to attract the highest calibre people to help their business grow and develop. As the economy continues its path to fragile recovery ‘High touch recruitment consultancies' such as Blayze Unguem will once again help drive that activity and become the standard bearer for the recruitment conversation.
At a recent forum, Blayze Unguem's Managing Director, Barry Harding addressed the delegates "on the key issue of focusing on the core concerns of our clients around quality, the effective use of time, and growth, and critically opening the door to deeper conversations around the value of recruitment. Those conversations will inevitably translate into more productive and effective relationships, and ultimately a greater capability to deliver effectively, enhanced Client satisfaction, and a greater reputation for our industry."
Over the past 18 months the recruitment industry has become a margin conversation as employers looked to drive down costs. But as we recover from recession, employers are once again demanding that recruiters deliver a true value-added service. As one of the leading Executive Search providers in each of our key sectors, Blayze Unguem has continued to maintain it's firmly held position of offering a value based approach rather than shifting our focus to a cost-based cycle.
The reality is equally likely that ‘72% of organisations' have a fear or don't know how to develop partnered relationships with their suppliers as their key staff are unfamiliar with this approach & perhaps don't provide the necessary leadership for change......... so please contact us to discuss in greater detail how Blayze Unguem can work with your Business confidentially to identify and secure the ‘best available talent' that you seek.
