Major Print Management organisation seek to recruit a key individual to manage the key relationship within their major UK Client account sites in London and across four sites in the UK

Working with the Client Services Director and account team(s) to ensure all performance targets are achieved against agreed client SLA’s, you must have a strong professional knowledge of Direct Mail, print production and associated processes.

You must possess a diverse array of professional and personal skills, a breadth of practical knowledge across the print arena, a genuine professional attention to detail and very strong ‘cradle to grave’ project management skills, combined with significant experience of working in a demanding yet rewarding client facing environment.

You must be able to think strategically and challenge the status quo and critically, you must have the personality and strength of character to unlock, nurture and manage a demanding yet highly rewarding array of relationships within an impressive corporate clients Marketing Department.

An excellent communicator, comfortable in dealing with personnel at all levels, you will be organised, self-disciplined, set high standards of performance for yourself and your team and be pro-active and committed to developing own knowledge and skills.

Working primarily in West London you will have responsibility for strong Client interface at a number of UK locations and you will be supported by a very strong internal and senior management team.
