Client Services Director, Retail POS and MarkComms – Notts

Major Print and Marketing Communications business recognised for its impressive service offering, seeks to appoint a highly experienced Client Services Director, with an exciting remit to lead and manage the senior level Client interface via a team of professionals delivering truly exceptional service to a prestigious portfolio of major Brands.

As a Client Services Director, you will be a strategic, articulate and ambitious Client development professional, possessing influence and highly effective negotiation skills, with a proven ability to lead, develop and enhance a committed Client Services team in nurturing, retaining and growing an array of existing Key Client stakeholders. 

You will swiftly embed yourself as the main point of Client contact for the Business, maximising opportunities to develop those relationships, utilizing your expertise and taking responsibly for an array of demanding, complex and innovative projects across all of the service offering functions at your disposal.

Responsible for the successful and commercial evolution of the Key accounts, you must have an impressive track record in Retail POS and Marketing Communications, ideally working with blue-chip clientele and brands, with the additional focus on enhancing your team’s ability to support the strategic sourcing and delivering of complimentary New Business opportunities from the wider market. 

You must have excellent people engagement skills, be effective at motivating and influencing personnel at all levels, be organised, self-disciplined and possessing an ability to set high standards of performance in the commitment to developing both external and internal service excellence with Clients, colleagues and peers alike. Equally, you will have a Sales and Business Development affinity, with a genuine capability to grow Revenue contribution across all areas of the Business.
