Highly regarded and multi faceted Flexible Packaging organization with a high profile presence in the Food Processing sector, seek to capitalise on their increasingly strong position and firmly develop their presence at the forefront of the UK’s quality Flexible Packaging and Food Processing arena.

Whilst they have evolved and grown very steadily in the UK over the last decade,  in order to capitalise on their market opportunity, the Business seeks to appoint a truly high calibre Sales Professional, who possesses the demonstrable experience, gravitas, capability and vision to construct and execute a strategic sales plan, taking responsibility for evolving a strong prospect chain and delivering significant levels of new business, solutions orientated growth.

You must have an impressive record of experience and delivery within the Flexible Packaging industry, ideally with a notable presence, gravitas and connectivity within the Food Processing arena. You will have drive, dynamism, aspiration and hunger to evolve your career and earning potential, as this role will require you to lead the growth of the UK Business presence through a new business acquisition approach, an enhanced existing/dormant Client development programme and the evolution of an effective marketing and lead generation platform.

You will also be expected to provide effective feedback of business needs from the market place, working closely with the Board to ensure the Business continues to position itself effectively towards the target markets.

It is a key role, with responsibility for the Sales Development and the identification and implementation of short, medium and long term goals. You will be required to analyze and assess how and where to drive the Business sales forward and construct an effective Business plan. The scope of your success will be judged on your effectiveness at delivering profitable Business growth, along with innovation and evolution of the current product/solution suite upon which to capitalize on market opportunities.
