Production Supervisor, Digital and Wide Format Graphics – Warwks
Leading Global Exhibition, Events and Display Graphics business seeks a multiskilled and hands on Production Supervisor to manage their expanding digital large format manufacturing team.
Working across the UK and Europe with major Global Brands, their Warwickshire based Print and Installation management operation is undergoing significant strategic expansion and we seek an experienced, talented and ambitious individual to implement and lead their evolving Production environment.
You will be an effective and experienced Printer/Shift Leader, Production Supervisor or Manager and currently working in the digital wide format print arena. Methodically minded, professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility that is associated with leading a small and evolving Graphics Production and Installation team, you will have demonstrable experience in managing and developing a broadly skilled Production team, shaping, guiding and enhancing operational manufacturing effectiveness, advising and introducing new printing / finishing equipment and implementing an effective manufacturing process regime in the production of large / wide format print exhibition, displays and signage solutions.
You will manage the day to day running of the small Production department and it’s associated maintenance, supplier/outsourcing requirements, developing and maintaining an enhanced regime of effective production workflow, guidelines and practical manufacturing policies.
You must have a demonstrable track record of experience, responsibility and impact within the large format digital printing / exhibition and displays industry, with proven experience and aptitude in running a small but diverse production, finishing and installations department, along with an evolved communication capability that will engage Clients and internal peers alike.
